Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19 health restrictions, we are are taking adicional precautions, be aware it may take a little bit longer to process orders. We ship orders every monday.

Please allow 1-3  business days for us to pack and ship your order (during normal operation). Once your order has shipped it should arrive within 2-5 days, we'll provide you the tracking number.

Please consider that when we have a Release Collection, the orders grow exponentially and this may delay the processing of pack and ship your order. Please allow 5 days for your order to ship.

It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are no applied, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Otherwise, you would see it at the moment of checkout.
